I have practiced nearly any style of yoga: Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, Strala, Jivamukti, Bikram, Kundalini, Dharma, Acroyoga etc. For the last 10 years I’ve had a serious yoga practice.
I originally come from a background in nuclear physics from the University of Copenhagen, the Niels Bohr Institute and have been self-employed as an Internet Software Developer and an Internet Security consultant for many years. So I’m a self-taught yogi. I’ve been sitting behind an office desk for many years, knowing how it is to start from scratch as an overweight out of shape adult beginning yoga.
When I started doing yoga I couldn’t reach my toes nor do wheel pose. I couldn’t do headstand neither handstands. I’m not double jointed, I didn’t do gymnastics. I didn’t have any natural advantages of any kind. I had to start from scratch. That’s why I have formed the experience, that if I can do it, anybody can do it.
On the road through my personal yoga journey, I’ve stumbled on the a lot of dead end roads. All though there is no mistakes only learning experience, I try to help you avoid the same mistakes I’ve done, so you can reach your goals quicker, easier and safe.
